Our facilities are available for inspection by our clients at any time. As your chefs, food safety is as important as quality and we have advanced technology to cool your meals quickly and safely. The Department of Environmental Health requires us to cool your food to 41 degrees farenheight in 6 hours. Our equipment allows us to cool your food to 41 degrees in 1 hour. This provides you with the safest and freshest food! Our commercial kitchen is located at Gillespie Field in El Cajon. We currently deliver to RSF (Rancho Santa Fe) and Carmel Valley area on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday!!! |

We offer Low Fat, South Beach (and other plans like Zone Diet), Gluten Free, Dairy Free,Special Diets (Allergies, Diabetic) and Low Sodium Cooking as well. We also offer meals that are Kosher friendly but we are not a kosher kitchen.
