 *** We now offer a multiple delivery per week fresh service!!!!!!!!  Now you can have fresh salads, veggies, and meal options that are otherwise not suited for freezing!!! Our fresh service meals are delivered in corningware oven safe dishes (deposit for dishes required) that are ready to place in the oven to reheat!!!!!  We do all the menu planning for our fresh service clients (based on a food survey you fill out during our consulataion) so there is nothing for you to worry about!!!  Pricing for this service depends on the number of servings and portions per delivery.***

Services Available and Pricing

 

We proudly offer you the following services:

 

  • Personally tailored shopping, meal planning, meal preparation, packaging and delivery 
  • Small to medium size catering events
  • In home cooking instructions
  • Dinner parties from hors d'oeuvres to dessert (and clean up)
  • Romantic dinner at home

 

 

We will use my earlier example of five main courses (and sides where appropriate) for a family of four. This totals twenty meals. This service includes:

 

  • Consultation with client
  • Custom menu (with nutritional information if desired)
  • Personal grocery shopping (I buy the groceries the morning I cook for maximum freshness, I shop at 3 or more stores to get the best ingredients)
  • Meal preparation (In our A rated commercial kitchen facility) 
  • Clean up (garbage removal, sanitize all soiled surfaces, sweep floors)
  • Package and label foods for proper storage
  • Reheating instructions specific for each dish
  • Delivery to your home or office

 

Pricing: ** This is a pricing guideline and each clients price will be determined by their specific needs **

 

$350 plus food for service every 3 weeks or longer

$325 plus food for service every 2 weeks

$300 plus food for weekly service

 

$375 plus food for one time service (gift certificate etc)

 

$400 plus food for served dinner for 2-4 people (includes appetizer, salad or soup, entree, vegetable, starch, dessert).  Please contact me for pricing on groups larger than 4 (pricing may stay the same for slightly larger groups depending on menu).

 

Food costs will be approximately $80 to $150 depending on your menu selections and I will gladly furnish receipt copies for your inspection. Please be aware that menus consisting of expensive fish and meats may skew the food costs higher. You will find the quality of my food to be worlds ahead of generic restaurant food.

 

A mileage surcharge may be added for clients located more than 20 miles from downtown San Diego.

 

Meals can be packaged in disposable zip lock type containers, zip lock bags, or pyrex type dishes that are oven safe.  Depending on the storage method you choose there will be a pass through cost for containers.
