If you are looking for more adventurous menu items than those listed on my main menu than this is the page for you. In addition to most of the classic French and Italian items listed on my main menu I would like to list some other foods I love to cook and their country of origin.
Please note that when I cook international foods, I cook them as close as I can to the way they are done in that country. For example if I make a Thai curry I purchase all the raw ingredients and pound out my own paste instead of using canned curry pastes. If I cook an Indian curry I buy all the spices separately and put them together in the same way they do in India. I do not use store bought curry powders.
Also take note that not all of these items keep well. Some of these would only be suitable in a situation where dinner is served immediately after the item is prepared. Due to lengthy preparation times some of these items may only be available for dinner parties.
